New Landscape design help

Looking for ideas on how to reshape and landscape the front of my house. Me and my wife will do the labor. I am willing to pay someone(not expensive) to give us a layout what to buy and shape the new landscape. Any information would help

I think the style of your home lends itself to a Japanese style garden. Google "Japanese garden" and see what you come up with. I think you should have rocks, grasses, low shaped evergreens, a japanese maple and perhaps a weeping birch or weeping cherry (I can't tell how much room you have in your yard).
