Florida Design

Hi All,

I am a Landscape Designer living and working on Long Island and in NYC. A friend of mine is building a house in the Orlando area and wants me to do the landscape design! Need a bit of plant and style education before i get started for sure!

Can anyone direct me to any websites that would have a lot of pictures to browse through to give me a feel of the style for the area?

I have tried Googling various combinations of words, but haven't had much luck!

Thanks for any advice you may have!

best regards,
margaret

I suggest you use google maps. Go to the area of your friends property and then use the street view feature to "drive" around the area.

Example-Orlando, Google Street View

Check out the link below - you can choose preferred style, space (Landscape) and metro area (probably Miami) and see what other Landscape professionals have done.

Here is a link that might be useful: Houzz
