Is anyone familiar with landscape art design?

I figured out what I want to put in my front yard. Does anyone know how to go about creating something like this? I was thinking about creating a horse. Thanks.

hypertufa. It's a mixture of concrete and peat, and other things. Interesting what can be made with it. There is a garden web forum on it. Lots of info there.

I think if you paint your sculpture with milk, it encourages moss to grow.

Have fun!
