Looking to find out what product can hold 3/4 stone toghther /

Good morning, I have a patio that is made up of flag stone. In between the joints of the flag stone, there is 3/4 blue stone which is currently loose. So, the stones get all over the place. I was just at a place where I saw something similar to my situation BUT the stone was "glued" in the joints. It is exactly what I am looking for. If any one knows what that substance is, I would appreciate it. Thank you!
