| I need to get some smarts here.cause I aint got any.
I'm going to plant annual flowers,but I want to put down mulch as well.soooo,what goes in first?,the mulch,then dig a hole for the flowers ,or plant the flowers,then cover the mess with mulch,and brush the mulch off the flowers. |

| Plant, then mulch. And don't cover them all up. Apply the mulch with a gentle touch :-) Mulch will tend to reduce or eliminate self-seeding or seed germination if you plant seeds directly, so keep that in mind as well. |
