Hi. We just bought a house that has a fenced in back yard and I want to plant Pink Jasmine along the fence. I went to dig and hit concrete alllllllll along the fence. I talked to the neighbor and he said that when they widened the main road that our neighborhood turns off of, they put a culvert for draining purposes. So now I don't know how to plant my jasmine. It looks silly in a big pot because the yard is grass. Can I make a mound of dirt? That might look weird too?? There's only 6 inches of dirt until I hit the concrete culvert.
