Hi all and thanks in advance. My husband and I just finished a complete teardown and rebuild on the north shore of Long Island (around Stony Brook) and will need a master plan for our 3.5 acre lot (God, what was I thinking???) Walkways, irrigation, foundation plantings, that sort of thing, broken down into a 5 year (or so) plan.

It really is my dream home and I have to say, I am happier here than anywhere else I've ever lived. I want to do this right the first time, so if anyone has any suggestions or recommendations, they would be greatly appreciated!!
