Technologies and chemical science are changing all the time so I would suggest doing a review search - using consumer reports and professional non biased associations to get the most up to date reviews would probably be helpful.
The last two wood sealers that we've used is TWP and Messners - this was on Redwood and Ipe wood though.

The grey fence / courtyard project pictured in another post has held up extremely well over the years but there has always been attentive maintenance on this property.
I have noticed that every time this property has come up for sale that it consistantly is the highest priced home in the surrounding neighborhood.
