Hollies are excellent choices for screening; I'm thinking about using Dragon Lady Hollies for a small area that I need to block. I think the look of hollies are much more appealing than a row of cypress trees.

15-18 ft tall, by probably about the same wide, is on the low end around here; not sure about your zone. BUT, my old office has three grown together as a screen that are closer to 30ft tall and 20 ft wide.
