I like the Weeping Cedar but would never want one in that location. I would not want my car under it.

"I don't like the weeping cedar placement or the serviceberry on far side of garage." But say WHY so we know what you're trying to achieve or avoid.

I think they look sloppy. Not inviting. I would like more symmetry in the entire landscape. A more pulled together and inviting feel.

Everything is so small, the lack of "invitingness" does not really show up. That a plant looks "sloppy" is because it is not yet cultivated and "tuned up." Where the plantings reach out and pinch where the drive enters the parking space is what will ultimately seem uninviting.
