what to use.....

I have a problem with mulch getting between the cracks of the flagstone walkway. I had my complete backyard dug up last summer, and replaced with mulch~i'm adding plants as I decide what needs to go where.

What can I use to correct this problem my landscaper obviously forgot to *do* or tell me about? Can I do it myself? TIA

What is supposed to be there? How does the mulch create a problem? Mulch will condition the soil and keep the weeds down -- It's better than having weeds between the flagstones. How wide are the gaps? What was your expectation? Have you had a conversation with the landscaper about it?
