I am wondering what some people here prefer for edging.

I am looking to replace my plastic edging with chopped stone and mortar edging around my flower beds. Will these prevent grass and weeds to go over/under them? I just want a clean look, add curb appeal, and they look easy to maintain.

Does anyone have suggestions before I go on with my project? I have seen people just throw down some small flagstones (or other type of stones) as edging, but they always say they have to pick the weeds every now and then.

RE: Edging

A bed edging is a focus.a clean look isn't enough,it need fluid curve, native, match the bed plants. You can want some small flagstones or other type of stones or brick or wood edging. Weed Fabric can help to deal with weeds.
