Hi,

My wife and I recently set up and planted a small vegetable garden in our backyard near our house. I'd like to put down some edging to separate out the garden from our lawn. We both like a plain wood edging. However, I'm concerned that using wood right in the ground/soil will attract termites, especially since the garden is right up against our house. I've read on pressure-treated wood that resists termites but there's still some concern about the chemicals used to treat it leaking into the soil and, thus, my vegetables.

What is a good way to edge our garden without attracting termites?
