Narrrow flower bed w/large window

Roofer tore up flower bed so ripping out and staring over, not to mention the aweful weed barrier fabric that was down. For now we have to start very slow. Is it okay to mix Blue Arrow Junipers with baby gem boxwoods or should we stick with more with a columnar boxwood. I am not going to be able to add much else right now, but I will later.

It's your flower bed, have fun with it! Really can't say much else with such a generic description.
