| Hi all -
I've just finished my beds and I now want some sort of edging. I like the look of sharply delineated, not-very-visible edges. In addition, my grass is crappy, and we will be redoing it, but not until the fall. In the meantime, I want to do the edging. I will have black mulch in the beds. Does anyone have any ideas? (I posted earlier this morning asking for feedback about the Smartedge/Cleveredge system but haven't heard from anyone yet.) I'm inclined to get the black rubber long coils (20+ feet) that have the round hollow ball/ring on top, and have the ball part be 2/3rd's buried in the soil, so that it's almost invisible and we can mow over it. The metal stuff looks very neat and clean but I don't know if I could do it. Any suggestions? Thx! |
