Post a picture that includes the SETTING (from a relatively central point of view relative to the house face.) This pic too close up.

First, I would figure out where in the world I am.

Then I would do very little for a year, while I learned what the various plants are, what care they require, and whether or not I liked them.

Then I'd get rid of the things I hated, move the things I like but don't like where they are, and get more things to replace the ones I pulled out.

In other words, I'd live with it long enough to know where to start.
