My patio contractor is set to finish things by Oct. We ultimately decided to have the concrete tinted a dark tan/light brown color. He suggested we purchase the least expensive tint, since you don't get that much more quality for the money you spend for the more expensive tint.

The hardscaping will be mostly in the shade for the most part so we won't have the intense sun of the south side. He's checking on the differences in prices and will let us know next week, but does anyone out there have much knowledge for how the various tints hold up? Do you think it's work the extra money?
