Yes, it's closer to St. Nicholas Day or the beginning of Hanukkah, and the Twelve Days of Christmas are yet 20 days away. The nice thing about December is almost every day is some sort of festive day, so fest away! Bodhi Day, St. Lucy's Day, Modraniht, Saturnalia; enjoy them all, right through New Year's Eve.
