Check the area they live in if no response, there were power outages in places in the NE and tornado damage down south. NE had some freezing temps but that is no excuse for not answering emails.

I did check, She/He lives in Arizona. No storms. Still no plants or emails. Should the jerks User name and email address be posted. On Rate and Review, should name and area be listed? When I see posting asking for trades, should I post anything? Will Post Office do anything? Will notifing the police in her State and city about the mail frad help?

If you post in the Rate and Review you should ONLY use the user name. If you post there e-mail or real name is could be deleted. They have a right to their privacy. and I wouldnt use any words like "jerk or thief " just keep it simple :)
Did the person get a tracking number? If they did then the Post office could help. If not they cant.

I received email from my trader this morning, said was going to reship plants. I will let you know.

I received my plants. My trader said that they had been returned to her/he. They were cacti and you could tell they had been cut for awhile, all the bleeding had stopped. Glad they are traders and not rip-offs.
