i actually found the plants at either walmart or lowe's last year, can;t remember which. good luck

Park's sell them and I bought seeds from seedrack.com .

I was at super kmart and they had a stevia growing kit for 9.99 and lowes in my area has stevia seeds but you only get like 7 seeds for 2.49 probably the same amount as the super kmart box.
