 o
shipping cuttings?

Hi everybody! I've never swapped plants before (big seed swapper, though!) and I have a question, if you don't mind.
What is the best way to package and ship cuttings?
I have read the FAQ and it just didn't seem too informative on this particular issue. I have a friend who lives half way across the country from me that would like to send some mint cuttings, but we are very unsure of how to go about getting them to me alive. Any help would be very much appreciated!

RE: shipping cuttings?

Wrap the end of the cuttings in moist papertowel, wrap that with saran wrap/plastic sandwhich baggie, tie off with bread tie/rubberband. Wrap with newspaper like a florist. Put in a priority box and pack with lose newspaper to keep the cuttings from moving around. Then ship!
Hope this helps, and made sense, LoL.
Good Luck, Tina
