| I always check the box to have responses to my trade offers mailed to my email. BUT so many of the responses have their
email hidden. I can't reply if your email is hidden! It's like asking me to call you back and not leaving the phone number. I just responded to one that came back with an auto response and a form for me to fill out to be on the friends list. You wrote me, and I HAVE to fill out a form to respond?! Ok, I feel much better now - lol Pam |

| Yes, I know...everytime I post anything suggesting that members set up their account to show email addy to MEMBERS there are always some folks that say that causes them to get spam. Then when they change it back to showing addy to NONE, the spam stops. I sure can't figure that one out. Then there are those that don't even have a Member Page email link, thus there is no way to reach them. I refuse to have any kind of a plant or seed transaction with them until they get their link set up. Often I see members looking for other members and the member being looked for doesn't have an email link. I know some members will put it in a post, but who wants to search for posts by the member and read them just to TRY and find an email addy. Maybe when you make your trade offers you could add a line to them something like... You MUST have a Member Page email link, and you MUST have your email profile setting to at least be shown to MEMBERS |

| (PLEASE NOTE: The member responding to your post has chosen not to reveal his or her email address. Therefore, you cannot reply to this message via email.) OOPS...I change it back and forth (for silly reasons). It should be showing now. I changed it to 'show' to members before I posted yesterday, but it must not change 'instantly', even though it looks like it does. Can you see it now? S |
