Please Identify My Succulent

Posted by quiltingfox 8 LA (My Page) on

I have this succulent that I received from a relative and was told it was a hens and chicks plant. It is propogated by placing 1 leaf in the soil and it produces a whole new plant. As the plant gets taller it drops its bottom leaves producing new plants. I really like my plant. Could someone please tell me what I actually have; here's a photo:

Thank you for your help,

I bet if you put it on the 'Name that plant' forum they could help, or the cactus forum.

I do like it! And it looks like it's in the H&C family.

Hi quiltingfox,
Are the leaves fuzzy?
Has it had flowers yet?

'Ghost Plant'

Another gardener identified my plant as Graptopetalum Paraguayense 'Ghost Plant'. Thank you for responding to my post.

Best to you,
quiltingfox
