WANTED: How to post

Why is it I cannot post pictures on my page or to a post? Can someone help me please?? I had my trade page done by someone else so I have not learned how.
I have a couple of sites where my photos are downloaded(webshots ect.)

right click on the url link then left click to paste it in the postine. Hope this helps. I have mine on photobucket its really easy there.

wish for Spring - first upload the photos you want to post from your computer onto for free. Then follow their directions for creating urls to post on websites and then you can just copy and paste a "thumbnail" photo anywhere on a new post about it... hope this helps even more.
