a purple flowering locust tree or bush?

There is a locust looking bush springing up starts along my yard. The big ones have purple flowers like those on locust trees. They also have fuzzy stems.
Does anyone know what this is?

ROSE ACACIA
My sister has this as a tree growing in her yard here in ohio. I got some starts last week. They say they transplant badley. I hope it lives. Mendy
