| I am looking for anything that grows edible fruits...native is a plus and must be hardy to zone 7. I am new to this so my offerings are slim but I do have a couple of figs rooted (Celeste is my best guess as it was here when I moved in). I also have fig cuttings in the process of rooting. I have acorns from the live oaks on the Charleston battery (historic site). Also have some palm trees grown from seeds this year, Spanish moss, sweat potato slips, and, scuppernong grape cuttings |

| I am in zone 6 but I am looking for things hardy to zone 7. The palm i have is a Saw palmetto from what I can tell from the parent plant. I would be glad to send pics of the parent plant....can't seem to find out how to email directly to people yet. I am in charleston sc so as far as the figs hardiness, it got down to the low twenties and snowed last year and it showed no damage and had a ton of figs. I am unsure of the variety of my fig. It is red inside with greenish brown skin when ripe. On all my stuff I am happy to send first. |
