David, you can buy the plants of decent, blooming size, and the box stores. It's a LOT cheaper to buy them there than to pay for postage to mail them. Our Walmart has them, in 2-gallon pots, for $8.98.

They are the easiest of plants from cuttings. Wait a couple of months and I am sure someone will do a cutting trade or postage deal with you. Which cultivars are you looking to replace?
