| We have them in all our waterways, here in Florida, but it is illegal to send them in the mail without a special permit, plus, they are difficult to get to. |

Although water hyacinths and lettuce are illegal to ship INto somne of the southern states, (Fl and TX), it is not illegal in most of the other states in the US. They are simply annuals for us, and many ponders use them here for oxygenators, cover from predators and shade for their pond fish. Truely sorry for the ecological havoc they're wreaking in some states, but here they are harmless....and I still need some. |
