| If you post something for trade and someone sends you an offer via private email who has no name here at GW be very careful. Recently, one such person offered to send me her end of the trade first, but then had repeated excuses about why she could not mail them while at the same time making her end of the trade sound better and better as if to entice me into sending my end without waiting on hers. Now that she has figured out that I am not sending my plants first, she says the ones she offered to me are dead. With help from another GW member, I now know she is a repeat scammer at GW who had been around since at least 2007. |

| how do you access the feedback area? It didn't exist when I was actively trading years ago and repeat one sided trades (not to mention lost postage) are the reason I all but quit... Best wishes,

| Do another post with first name and city state in the heading. That way if Nathan from Kansas City missouri wants to trade with you, you will see that he has already scammed people here. They can change user name all they want, but they will still live in Kansas City and GW members can double check. |

| I wasn't trying to target any specific person with this post. I'm just warning newbies and those of us with insatiable plant cravings (!) to pick our trades carefully and to be leary of anyone who will not post onto a public thread and certainly anyone who does not have a GW name. |
