| As usual, I trimmed my tropical plants back a bit when I brought them outdoors. So I have two or three jam jars full of unrooted cuttings: pelargoniums, abutilons, fuchsias, thunbergias, and quite a few other misc. tropicals.
These have been sitting in water on our porch for a few days, so a couple of the pelargoniums have already made roots. And a few other things are developing the little white spots that are the beginning of roots. Most haven't started to root yet, though. I didn't keep track of what is what, so they won't be labelled. I can trade for somebody else's unrooted cuttings, provided that you have interesting items, or perhaps for a rooted plant or two from my want list. You can find that at the following link. If interested, please post here. You can also try e-mailing me from my member page, but that doesn't always work! I also have two or three unrooted cuttings of cinnamon tree, cinnamomum zeylanicum, which I may consider trading separately.

| Hey Audry, I'm interested in those cinnamomum zeylanicum cuttings if they've rooted by now. I'm willing to trade a spice for a spice if you're interested in either vanilla(vanilla planifolia) or saffron(crocus sativus). If they're no longer available, could you tell me if you've ever rooted cinnamomum cuttings and under what conditions. Pictures would be great. Thanks. Sincerely, |
