WANTED: Wanted (and have to trade)

I AM IN ZONE 5. I have many plants, but in limited amounts. I have many to list, but here are most of them: Some Heuchera
Sundrops
Mountain Bluet
Three small bags of Grape Hyacinth bulbs,
About 10 types of Sedum
Blue Fescue Grass
Some baby Yuccas
Two plain grenn Hostas
Vinca Minor (Periwinkle, Myrtle) (two big pots)
One or two Dwarf Hostas, one in two-tone, one tiny, tiny one in chartreuse
Solomon's Seal
Wild Ferns (though they might wilt, they would come back the following year)
Pink Thrift
Carpet Phlox, hot pink, white and lavender
Tall wild Phlox
Baby variegated Japanese Sedge Grasses
Sweet Woodruff
I think I also have Gooseneck Loosestrife and Lady's Mantle. In the Spring, I will have various Daffodils, Snowdrops, and more Grape Hyacinths.
I AM LOOKING FOR:
Hosta 'Sum and Substance' (or any giants, especially if variegated or chartreuse/bright yellow-green ones) Hydrangeas
Irises (brightly colored, especially purple with white, light with dark blue, and pink (no peach etc.), but not plain purple.
Sedums and Sempervivum (Hens 'n' Chicks) that I don't have (let me know what you have)
Lavender
Miniature roses
CLIMBING ROSES IN PINKS OR PURPLES
Variegated Sedum seiboldii (possibly called 'October Daphne'...cream, green and a red tinge)
Sedum 'Sea Urchin' if hardy in zone 5,
Sedum populifolium (looks sort of like a staghorn fern, can look on internet)
Any variegated Sedum
Some select Cottage Garden Flowers.
