I lost the plant in the other thread to spider mites--they really love those. I had moved it from a morning sun to afternoon sun location, which was likely a mistake. Snails/slugs will also quickly strip the leaves. When they are happy, Clianthus are beautiful plants.

mark4321, that is unfortunate. I had mine in almost full sun, and the several 100+ F dry days we had recently probably finished it. I applied a soap solution once I realized the problem, which controlled the spider mites but also contributed to leaf drop. Of course, the spider mites returned after several days.

kayjones, I am uncertain how I would mail it, since the branches spread to approximately 3 ft. I could perhaps put it in a large box, but the shipping cost would likely far exceed the cost of the plant.

Ouro, you would just trim the branches and root ball until the plant fits into the long, skinny Priority postage box - cost would be about $10.
