| My big dream is to replace the woody, weed-filled wilderness that is now my backyard with a sprawling ocean of native ferns. Please contact me if you are willing to share/trade/mail-for-postage any of the following:
Christmas Fern
Cinnamon Fern
Lady Fern
Marginal Wood Fern
Northern Maidenhair Fern
Royal Fern
Sensitive Fern
Southern Lady Fern
Southern Maidenhair Fern
Southern Shield Fern
Southern Wood Fern
Virginia Chain Fern
(or any other Fern Native to the southeastern US!) |

| You didn't include the japanese climbing fern, which is said to spread rapidly here in Florida, but I haven't found that to be the case - it stays where it's planted just fine. It is a beautiful fern. I'm sorry, but I only have the one plant, but I'm sure if you add it to your list, someone will have extras. |

I have ferns all along my house they are a pain,have no ideal what kind they are but they are winning,if you would like some I be glade to send as meny I can stuff in a box. They have big fan like leaves,kind of laces and they grow in bunches with roots that spreeds to start more plants. |

| KayJones, Thanks for your tips! I did not include Japanese Climbing Fern because it is not a native fern. It hails from Asia (thus the name)and tropical Australia. I'm sure it is quite lovely, but unfortunately it is listed as an environmental threat in Alabama! |
