Daffodil bulbs - 2 Fives for a Ten?
| | |
Posted by suecirish 6 SE MA (My Page) on Sat, Nov 7, 09 at 7:39
| I have started a planned (unusual enough for me) border on one of my larger beds of interplanted Daffodils and sun-toleratant Heuchera. Between each different Heuchera I have planted a cluster of 10 Daff, each one a different variety. I hope it's going to work.
So, from my purchases I have an extra 5 'Mount Hood' (trumpet) and 5 'Geranium' (tazetta). I'd love to trade for 10 of one variety that I don't have. Anybody got any to trade? |

| Sueirish, I have 10 Thalia extra, if you don't already have them and if you would like them for postage. (the other) Sue...chemocurl |

Hi Sue, Thanks very much for the offer. I already have Thalia though - it's a beauty. It's no biggie if I don't get a response. I'm sure I can find someplace to put these extras without too much trouble, if I must! ;) Sue |

| Hi Sue, I have 10 Daffodils that I have not yet planted, they are called Flower Drift. They have double fluffy centers. I have a picture that I can send, if you'd like to see them. I don't have the two varieties that you mentioned above, so I'd be interested in trading. Diana |

Hi Diana, my Irish buddy! You're very nice to offer. Unfortunately I already have 'Flower Drift.' It's one I just put in this fall - I hope it matches the marketing photos! I'll send you an email. Sue |

| Kathy, sent you an email. (Hasn't been too reliable lately through GW, so I thought I'd post here too.) |
