I would also be interested in trading for some orchid cactus cuttings but would have to wait until spring. I would have cuttings of Schlumbergera buckleyi, various Schumbergera truncata, Ceropegia woodii, as well as outside plants such as named iris available to trade. I have always wanted to try an orchid cactus.

Springtime is fine val. You will have to contact me about it then, my memory is not great after a month or so.

Bluespiritartist - Thanks. I will put it on my calendar. Are they difficult to root? I do very well rooting the holiday cactus but have never dealt with orchid cactus before.

They are not hard at all to get to root. When I break off pieces just from moving the plants around, I stick them in soil and water them and they root, very easy, just like Holiday cactus
