| It seems early in the year for hellebores to bloom but mine are and the red ones that I started a couple of years ago from seed are blooming. I feel like I have really achieved something special. I look forward to the next couple Januarys even more as I have tiny plants grown from rather special hellebores from some of the traders here and a couple of purchased seeds as well.
It is also snowing tonight and we hardly ever get snow. As a Canadian transplant I miss my snow down here in NC so I am all about 'LET IT SNOW, LET IT SNOW, LET IT SNOW!' |

| That is quite alright! It is a wonderful feeling to see things bloom after waiting 2 to 3 years plus for them! Congrats on the blooms! They love the cold and now is the best time for them to be blooming or at least mine start around now through March! And you have achieved something special!!! Enjoy, Melinda |
