ISP Problems!

GRRRRRRRR...........My internet service provider has been giving me fits for a while. It is so strange...I can access forums here, but can't get member pages to load. My Hotmail is almost impossible to use. There is so much catching up I 'need' to do.

They are to come tomorrow (today actually) and adjust the radio at the top of the pole. They said the wind must have gotten it out of alignment. I'm hoping they can get to the pole without the bucket truck sinking in the mud, as they will have to drive through the back yard. They will be bringing 'mud boards that they use in cases such as mine. I'll have to be out there supervising so they don't run over any small shrubs or back over a new little tree. I'm ready to scream and pull my hair out because of the time I've wasted trying to reply to emails.

Not only that but tomorrow it is supposed to be in the fifties and I will want to be outside working all day.

Whine..............

Sue

RE: ISP Problems!

I'm fixed! They came with the bucket truck and the mud boards but neither were needed. A couple of hefty, hefty, workers used some Pike poles to turn the 50'pole. Sure wish they would have come and done that a week ago, instead of waiting until they could schedule the bucket truck and a crew to come.

Anywho...thanks for the suggestions and empathy, but a different email would not have worked.

Lisa, did you ever find out why you could not log in or post? I never had problems with being logged on, or even reading the posts and replying, but member pages would not open for me. Photobucket wouldn't work either.

Anyway, I'm thrilled and hope the feeling of disgust soon leaves me. It is sunny and 53 out and I have been doing some work in preparation of making 2 big new beds this year.

Below is how I've felt the last week.
