| I have no idea but when I saw the title of your post I thought it was some type of spam. lol BTW the correct spelling is Scirpus cernuus. I saw sites selling the seeds so you can probably find germination instructions online. |

| thanks for the correction.i lost the tag and a friend spelled it for me over the phone, i must have heard it wrong. can't locate seed source. |
