| I put 2 stamps on if it not to bulging if it is then it needs 3 or 4 stamps. Depends on the weight. |

| Everything, even cut down bubble envelopes with one envelope of small seeds, have cost me $1.17 at the post office. But others have reached me with only two 42 cent stamps...so not sure if some smaller envelopes just don't get weighed and checked. |

| My post office will charge two stamps for a light bubble envelope. The worker called it a large envelope and it fits through a slot in a cardboard thing they have for pricing envelopes. Joplin charges 1.17 for the same envelope. |
