I would have thought that someone would have replied before now, but I guess there just are not many that are familiar with collecting seeds from Brunfelsia pauciflora.

See the first site that come up on the linked search below. I didn't want to link to the site, since it is to 'that other' place. It looks like once the pods are good and brown that they are ready to harvest.
