Non-Toxic Plants for Indoor Pets

Here's a list of plants that are safe to have in the house if you have pets. I got it off the ASPCA website. They also have a list of toxic plants. When I looked at their website last Fall, I found out that all of my houseplants were on the Toxic list, so out they went! Anyway, I went there again to review the safe list before heading out to buy some houseplants, and thought I'd share it with everyone. Hope this helps!

RE: Non-Toxic Plants for Indoor Pets

Nice list, thanks! I have a dog, so the indoor plants I have are nontoxic:

an african violet, a nontoxic fern, culinary herbs in hubby's Aerogarden, and a goldfish plant (which I love!! It is so cool looking.)

Used to have a Persian violet which was fabulous and fragrant-- smelled great for about 2 months, but it eventually finished flowering, sickened and died.

It was replaced by the goldfish plant.
