| it stands for self addressed stamped envelope..if it's SASBE..that stands for self addressed stamped bubble envelope. You put an address label and two stamps on the inside and two stamps on the outside and mail it to the person. This is a way to get seeds from people who are passing seeds along because they have an overabundance. |
