| I have already responded to a couple of sasbe offers but wanted to intoduce myself. I live right on the line between zones 5/6. I have been in my very old home for almost 10 years but never had an official garden. My DH has tilled and fenced a nice big area for flowers and veggies so I'm ready to get going. I did winter sow a few years ago so have had some experience with growing flowers but this is a new adventure.
I run a daycare from my home and homeschool my kids and have grandkids. All my gardening will also be educational adventures to the kids. I look forward to all the knowledge and advice I am already finding here from all you wonderful folks. |

| Hi ohiovallygardener, Welcome to GW :) Sounds like your off to a good start! What kind of educational gardening are you gonna do with the kids? a color garden would be nice to teach them colors. or a zoo garden would be fun! lol there's so many flowers with animal names in them. I thought about putting in a zoo garden once. |
