GardenWeb, PlantSwap, HeirloomSeedSwap, etc., etc. DATE the trade is AGREEDED upon. GARDEN ID NAME/ADDRESS/EMAIL Confirmation # cost to ship Date Sent Date Received Date Thank You Posted (Nomination for PlantSwap) Date Thank You Received what is being received What is being Sent THEIR LIKES (for future trades or Raks) Updates (place where I record what kind of trade it was, or if I notice something I didn't send or couldn't find to send so I can send when I find it) the box that has all the dates, I color in after I mail, and after the TRADE is COMPLETED that way I can see which ones I'm still working on!!!
