For some reason when I click on your message it says it is no longer available...Here is my info about Record kEEPING
I made a document that is FANTASTIC,
I have a spots for
Which place the trade is taking Place, like...Gardenweb, TheOtherGarden, PlantSwap, HeirloomSeedSwap,

the box that has all the dates, I color in after I mail, and after the TRADE is COMPLETED that way I can see which ones I'm still working on!!!
