new updates list... Be Fair Be Aware...

new list of have/wants updated, new rules... make sure you put adequate postage for non-machinable letters/packages when sending to me ... 90 percent to me I have had to pay 20 cents at window to get..... Be Fair Be Aware... I have goofed too I am sure.... i detail more in the conversations section.... thanks

I've only been trading for a few weeks, and already have had the 20 cent thing happen to me, as well as doing it by accident myself. Good reminder, will be more careful now.
