Go to the rate and review exchanges forum. From there you can search for the member's name at the bottom of the page and see if they have a thread with information about them.

Do the same thing after a trade is completed and add to the existing thread on that member. If there is no thread for the member after doing a trade, then you can start one.

If you do a search on your member name there, you will see there is a review thread for you along with 11 reviews. Evidently you have done some trading since the forum was started in Nov 2006, but for whatever reason (prolly did not know about the forum) did not do reviews on the traders who had traded with you.
