try free seed templates you'll get alot of good sites:)

you can also make your own if you have the "paint" program in your computer. i like using my pic from my gardens on mine. i just crop n resize them to fit:)

I use my old flower catalogs and fold my own, they look great, and I am recycling the old catalogs !

those are all i have, but one time i did find one that had like 8 on it. it was so perfect for the small ones!! i have never found it since. :'(( hope any of these help!! my favorites are the maggie wang and the uk site. and the one's you can just fold then i use the stapler, a heck of alot cheaper to use that then the tape. only on some of the seeds ya have to fold it over twice.
