I'd suggest you first set up your Member Page email link so that you can easily be reached. See Link below. I'd also suggest you setting up your location in your Member Profile, so it will be shown on your Member Page and will automatically be shown whenever you make a post.
It would be beneficial too, if you set up your Member Trade list, so members can see what you might have of interest to them, as well as what they might have of interest to you.

Lastly I'd suggest you making a post at Gardening in the Carolinas Forum.

Typically members don't get together for swapping just seeds, but swap seeds, plants, cuttings, bulbs, tubers, garden related items, etc. When you make your post there, I'd suggest putting Fayetteville NC in The Subject of Posting line.

HERE is a thread from last year have: seed/plant swap around fayetteville, nc with several names interested, but I don't know if the swap plans ever came together. It will give you a few names though of those who were interested.

I attend an annual swap in Louisville, and though it is a small group of us, it is always a good time.
