Hi pic_it_up2005,

Welcome to Garden web, and The seed Exchange.

To put things on your Trade List Page, just go to the bottom of any page here and click on Member Pages.
Then choose Edit your Exchange Lists
Make you additions/changes, and lastly hit Submit at the bottom of the page.
